Guisados el Flaco is not just a Food Service It’s a movement, powered by the dynamic young minds of the Young Leaders of Tomorrow from the Almighty Blessing Arts Program. A Black and Brown youth collective masterfully prepares authentic Mexican dishes like the sizzling tacos al Pastor, juicy tacos de Asada, and the uniquely irresistible Crazy Mexican Corn. As these young chefs create culinary delights, they also cultivate crucial life skills. Each day in the kitchen serves as a lesson in entrepreneurship and civic engagement, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to become future business owners committed to eradicating food deserts in their communities. By choosing Guisados el Flaco, our patrons don’t just savor authentic Mexican cuisine—they also contribute to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow, fostering community improvement and economic growth from the ground up.
